Robert Newman, President

With 20 years in the construction industry and 8 years working in property damage restoration business, Bob has combined the two disciplines with outstanding results. Utilizing his vast construction background, he has set himself apart as the premier large loss project manager in the tri-state area.  Bob gained priceless experience managing large projects in the wake of the September 11th tragedies and continues to restore homes and businesses with the same sense of urgency and commitment to this day.  Bob has earned the prestigious designation of ASCR Certified Restorer “CR”.

Kevin Tiedemann, General Manager

Kevin brings in an impressive 19 years of experience in the field.  Kevin has completed the IICRC-WRT and ASD courses, AMRT, FSRT, the Vortex Drying School, Mehrc mold remediation certification, and HAZWOPER safety courses.  Kevin is also himself a NYS certified instructor of the Reducing Severities through Restorative Structural Drying course and CE Fire, Water and Mold courses.  Recently, Kevin has been working with the Zinsser corporation to develop a new anti-microbial coating for mold remediation projects.

Vincent Valente, Senior Project Manager

Vinny has been working in the disaster recovery business for 18 years.  With a strong emphasis on training, Vinny has completed the IICRC-WRT and ASD courses, AMRT, FSRT, the Vortex Drying School, Mehrc mold remediation certification, and HAZWOPER safety courses.  Vinny is also a NYS certified instructor of the Reducing Severities through Restorative Structural Drying course and CE Fire, Water, and Mold Courses.  Vinny has been recently working with State Farm training adjusters at their Ballston Spa facility.

Matthew Clements, Senior Project Coordinator

A carpenter by trade, Matt is now writing and managing construction projects.  A perfectionist by nature, Matt has completed some high end projects with outstanding results.  Matt has completed the IICRC-WRT course and Xactimate training, along with APS 3 large loss bidding and presentation. 

Thomas Tiedemann, Project Manager

A true expert in the field of mold remediation, Tom is a hands-on supervisor with 12 years of experience in the field.  He has completed remediation projects in many high profile buildings and residences through Manhattan and Long Island.  Tom has also completed the IICRC-WRT and ASD courses, AMRT, Mehrc mold remediation certification, and HAZWOPER safety courses.

Steve Ambrosio, Project Manager

A large loss project manager with 10 years of experience, Steve has worked to restore many high rise buildings and high end residences through Manhattan and Northern NJ.  Steve has completed the IICRC-WTR and ASD courses along with the Vortex Drying School and HAZWOPER safety course.
